The big idea for this site is to educate, so that the reader can find solutions to the common health problems caused by injuries and back disorder, knee pain, heel pain, plus many other pains. I like this site to motivate the reader to take a more active, and responsible role in restoring and maintaining good health; and to inform others about good health.
